The war on stupidity germs

If by any chance you were one of those people who read that article about putting your sponges in the microwave so as to kill all the germs on it... here's a point of advice: You might want to try nuking it for one minute rather than six.

Unless of course you want to start a fire in your microwave too.

You know, hypothetically speaking.

I saw that as well. My first thought was that would stink! Second, I wonder how hot it's going to get? And third.. This is really a dumb idea. I just put them in the dishwasher in the silverware holder. Works fine for me, and it smells lemony fresh! (Lemon Cascade)
