Mystery dinner

15 March 2005

She just bought a digital camera this weekend and took some pictures for the first time in, actually... since as long as I've known her I've never seen her take a picture!

Behold, the goodness of technology.

I think I may start a fund to arrange for the support of photography lessons, since I received this in my inbox last night:

What.... is it?! I think I can see some purple rice in there, and what looks to me like the green tongue of a toothed fish, who apparently has swallowed something's gonads whole.

Ew.

That might be the scariest meal I've seen since I was in Georgia and had to choke down grits.

What is it with those crazy Southerners and their food?

You know what? I'm so with you on that one.

Grits are DISGUSTING!!!!! And every time I meet someone new who says, "Oh no, you just haven't had them the RIGHT way...." and then proceeds to shove them down my throat finds out that they're still disgusting as I nearly heave them right back up.

Okay... In defense of the "Mystery Dinner," I have to admit that I made some rather disgusting additions to the "Whole Yellowtail Snapper" meal for it's premiere photo opp.

It does kinda look like a pile of magotts, though...

Yuck =))
