It was a fun experiment - though very intense after a long day slaving over a hot Apple mac at work! I think what I learned from trying it was (a) never, ever, ever go with your first idea (normally I spend ages sketching ideas and layouts, and tend to go through three or four versions until I'm reasonably happy, whereas the two I knocked out for your challenge (couldn't manage three!) were hurriedly bashed together with practically no thought whatsoever, just over an hour for each one, as a personal challenge to see if I could do it - later on, recuperating in the bath, I came up with half a dozen much better ideas that would have looked a lot more imaginative! (b) It's clear from some of the horrendous design out there that lots of designers clearly DO go for their first idea!
Of yours, I think Fluffy is my favourite - I want to read it!
